We offer tracked shipping worldwide, so everyone can enjoy beautiful artistic products of artist Valeria Bonda. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up the international shipping or the transit time and customs clearance process. Rarely shipping times may extend a bit, but this is not in our responsibility. The cost of delivery depends on the shipping carrier. All orders ship within 5 business days of purchase.
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. In this case we will do all the possible to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.
Please make sure to double check your address when you are entering your details on our contact information page. If you have entered the wrong address, moved or need to change a product size/color/medium/picture after your order has been shipped and you have received your shipping confirmation we will be unlikely to be able to accommodate you nor offer you a refund. We will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and the customer refuses to accept the package and no attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package - we deserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
Unfortunately rarely some delays can occur. While we appreciate that this can be frustrating we cannot cancel/refund orders that are trackable and still in transit.
